Since the start of COVID-19, we saw a great opportunity. Why not open our beautiful seaside shala to our community of teachers and practitioners to share what they love most with the people that need it most? From there, a new (and free) offering was born. We opened our space to 30 teachers who have inspired audiences far and wide across different styles of yoga, meditation & Ayurveda.

In this time of crisis, we are at a crossroads. To see reality as overwhelm or as opportunity. As we observe Nature right now, we see pollution lifting in the countries usually hardest hit by industry and production. As we all retreat into solitude, we invite you to see this moment as one of desirable solitude and connect to the elements of Nature within. Your inner retreat is yours to create.

Introducing our first ASMR short film. Our story is as old as the island of Koh Phangan, when our seafaring ancestors descended on the shores 150 years ago. Ocean Experience started with a simple mission — to connect the elements of Nature around us to the elements of Nature within.

We’re off to an exciting start in this new decade as Ocean Experience. And we couldn’t be happier hosting our first retreat of the decade with longtime friends and residents of Koh Phangan, Selina and Hayley as they wrap their second magical retreat with us.

Ocean Experience began with a clear mission from day one. This was twenty two years ago, back when the island of Koh Phangan was a different place altogether. Roads were practically nonexistent and palm trees reigned the island in fifty shades of green. Nature danced in carefree abandon. The waves lapped against unspoiled sandy shores.
